BARBARA BORKOWSKI
PRESIDENT
Barbara founded Calvert Woodley Energy in 2016. As CWR’s Managing Attorney, she brings a legal and regulatory eye to her clients navigating governmental and contractual obstacles. Before CWR, Barbara worked for the U.S. Department of Justice for the Eastern District of California.
A New York native, she received her undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, DC, her law degree from University of California, Davis, and LLM from Utrecht University in the Netherlands.
